Staffelite , also known as francolite and carbonate-fluorapatite, is one of the most famous minerals of the Kovdor massif of the Kola Peninsula. It owes its name to the Staffel phosphorite deposit located in Germany. In addition, deposits of this mineral are located in Austria and the Czech Republic, Russia.
